Joe and Joe Jr. did a wonderful job on our house. We had all kinds of odd requests and had a terrible time finding a contractor that would give us a quote or communicate with us in general. Manco were great communicators and completed all our requests without hesitation. Their quote was extremely fair and accurate to the actual cost. They had great feedback to help us make better decisions aesthetically, very helpful. They placed the beams in our roof, put in new windows that look great (no pictures of those yet) and made our exposed brick we found look wonderful. I would highly recommend this company.

Manco Construction did an outstanding job with our recent window renovation project. Joe Sr. was diligent in ensuring we had all of the information required to make an appropriate decision about sizing and he spent a great deal of time communicating back and forth with us, while the specifications of the job was sorted out. The communications were always prompt and professional. While onsite, the crew were meticulous about room preparation and clean up and worked effectively to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner in the least disruptive way possible. We are very impressed with the quality of the work and with how professional the company and Team are. We already are thinking of other projects for Manco to complete on our behalf and would recommend others to put their trust in this Team.

Manco is currently building an addition on my home. The process started with Joe Snr. coming to my home to give me an honest opinion on whether the addition I was hoping for would work … which it did. The next step was meeting with their architect to develop the plans and then the building began. I have to say that this experience is like no other I have had with contractors. Everything so far has been such a pleasure. They all communicate well and efficiently. They are very honest and respectable. The work ethic is outstanding … they all put in a hard day’s work! From what I’ve seen so far, I would highly recommend Manco!

When my partner and I were ready to add an addition to our split level home we interviewed multiple contractors. We contacted Manco as they had worked on a few other homes in our neighbourhood and we were impressed with how those projects turned out. Once we decided to go forward with Joe and Joe Jr. the process went much smoother than we could have hoped for. They were upfront with us every step of the way and were easy to contact whenever we had a question or concern. When there was something in the plans that wasn’t going to work or there was going to be additional cost, Joe worked with us to try and save money in other areas without compromising our vision. This helped us achieve what we were looking for as well as stay on budget. In the end we could not have been happier with our choice we made and how the project turned out. We have already recommended their services to several of our friends and family who were looking to have work done on their houses.

Manco has provided us with brick work and cement work services. They are very professional and trustworthy. They provided a quote and are prompt and tidy. Their quotes are very reasonable and we are extremely happy with the results. The worked on two chimneys that were decaying and also some cement work around our garage that was also crumbling as well as a brick wall. I would highly recommend them.

The two words that I would use to describe the Manco team of builders is integrity and excellence. Joe Sr. and Joe Jr. both inspire confidence and trust, and they have a team of loyal and skilled craftsmen who work the magic of quality and beautiful work. They all seem to have known Joe, and worked as part of the team, for many years, and they all sing his praises for knowledge and reliability. Special mention of Adam (floors), Chris (ceramic) and Rob (bathroom vanities). Joe Jr., like his father, is knowledgeable, gracious, and leads the team with a calm sense of purpose and direction. Their prices are reasonable, in my opinion, and the craftsmanship is superb. All communication, suggestions and questions are attended to in a timely manner, and resolved. Debbie (wife and mother of the Joes) is the manager and facilitator. She guided me through all the supply choices and places, and kept me on track to make my selections according to the building schedule. And she also reminded me of any additional costs, when such were involved. The final result is a gorgeous second storey, with meticulous attention to detail, and soothing aesthetics. The staircase alone (oak) is spectacular. Overall, professional, reliable, reasonable, gracious, and trustworthy. This has been my experience with Manco. Thank you.

From start to finish Manco was exceptional. With the help of Joe, Joe Jr, Julia and Debbie, they were able to help bring my vision to light. Their communication with me during this entire process was excellent. I was involved in every decision and choice along the way. I added a second floor to my house, complete with an ensuite. Everything was done in just a few months!! I was regularly surprised and impressed at how efficiently everything moved along. Manco is organized and have connections to some of the most skilled and professional tradespeople out there. They take care of everything involved in the process from permits, to ordering supplies, to subcontractors. I never had to worry about anything. I always felt like I was in the best hands, and the end result speaks volumes. My house stops traffic!! We are entirely pleased with Manco and the job they’ve done.
